Meet your host
Hi, I’m Adam Scougall
I’m a Sydney interior decorator, host of Turnkey Design Talk and creator of the Turnkey Design Success System. I’ve run my own decorating practice since 2008, creating furnishing projects that take clients from the first decisions through to a finished home.
I know how much work happens beyond the design itself. Charging for implementation, setting expectations and leading a project through to its reveal have become central to how I work. They help me deliver the finished result while being paid for the responsibility I take on.
I help solo interior designers go from drained and underpaid to fulfilled and profitable. Through my podcast and coaching, I hear the questions designers face about their services, fees and client relationships, as well as the challenges of making all these decisions on their own.
I created Designed for Profit to bring together useful conversations about the whole journey: being ready for the right client, helping them find and hire you, and delivering work that is worthwhile for you both.
I’ll be hosting the event and presenting the final session on Day 3, sharing how I approach full-service turnkey delivery. Join me and 20 other speakers this February. I’d love to see you there.
